The January eclipses in Capricorn and Cancer will get activated later this year (and next) when Mars and Saturn pass over the same degree and sign.  2019 is a big year for endings, and revamping all the old toxic structures in our society.  Long after we move on to another Brand New Shiny Object, the eclipses open doors of opportunity.  Things move forward, often with a lurch!
