Summary
When I talk about being authentic I talk about when you are doing what you are doing from your core beliefs and values. You know you are there or at least on the way when you are aware that others have judgments about you or what you do but that you no longer let their judgments define you. You are aware that they are entitled to their opinion of you but that you don’t have to agree with their opinion. This is fundamental to empowerment. It is the non attachment to another’s opinion.
