Tim Minshall from the Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) at the University of Cambridge makes Manufacturing fun and fascinating. He's an award-winning lecturer, who is doing some wonderful work at raising awareness of manufacturing among schoolchildren and their teachers. He also researches, writes and gives talks about manufacturing, innovation and skills, nationally and internationally. He sits down with Jen to rewind on his life and career so far and gives his take on how Cambridge can optimise the opportunity to embrace manufacturing.
