ABOUT THE SHOW Head Coach Joe Favia chats with Stevens Athletic Director Russell Rogers. Russ Rogers has been on staff at Stevens since 1995 when he was the Director of Campus Recreation. He is entering his 22nd year as Athletic Director. He has been an instrumental leader in helping the Stevens Athletic Department improve and become more competitive on a conference, regional, and national level.
