On November 1, 1996, wealthy businessman, Gary Triano was killed after a pipe blew up in his car in Tuscon, Arizona. It would take 18 years for a conman named Ron Young and Gary's ex-wife Pamela Phillips were brought to justice. Was Gary killed for his money or simply because he owed money to the wrong people?
