Episode 9: The U.S Gov't is giving HBCUs some love!

This week we talk about the amazing medical breakthrough in the field of medicine!  The FDA has approved a method that can cure sickle cell disease.............oh, but it'll cost you 2.2M!!!  We'll also cover the U.S Government's latest initiative.  They are providing 12 Million to 8 HBCUs through its Data Science Equity, Access, and Priority in Research and Education (DEAP) initiative. The funding will support the creation of curriculums and immersive learning experiences that are centered on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
