A review published this November 2024 in the BMJ Public Health examined many behavior change techniques (BCTs) used in lifestyle interventions to improve chronic diseases. The study found that 3 specific BCTs- goal setting, self-monitoring, and getting feedback were consistently effective in promoting healthy behaviors and help reduce the risk factors linked with chronic non-communicable diseases.United States is going to spend over 6.8 Trillion dollars a year on healthcare by 2030.
