Episode 9: Understanding Calories – Debunking the Law of Thermodynamics

from Cut The Fat Weight Loss Podcast · host Raymond Hinish

In this episode, we start off by discussing what is considered the bread and butter of weight loss, The Law of Thermodynamics. This law states that if you eat more calories than you burn then you will gain weight; if you eat fewer calories than you burn then you will lose weight. in other words, this law states that calories are everything! We start off by debunking this "law" because it is the foundation of which most diets are built upon. You will hear many people say, "it's all about calories!" Now, you will be able to argue the contrary. In the second part of this episode, we discuss metabolism and some ways to boost it to promote weight loss. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/cut-the-fat-podcast/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/cut-the-fat-podcast/support
