It's not often that a brewery celebrates a decade in the game, so we were extra stoked to hang with Co-Owner of L'Espace Public and longtime friend of the pod, Simon Livingstone, to hear all about it. We last had Simon on back in February of 2018, so there was a lot to catch up on - from reviewing their history to the opening of their large production facility near the bar in Hochelaga-Maisonneuve in Montreal, the stories of how Cee and Simon met on multiple occasions back in the day, L'Espace's approach to their beers, how the landscape has changed since they opened, how important their community is to them, and a lot more.
