And Holyoke Mayor Alex Morse is running against Congressman Richard Neal. Lizzi Weyent of the Metropolitan Area Planning Council stops by to join Steve in celebration of the Massachusetts state budget. They talk decisions on transportation and education funding and Lizzi explains what she'd like to see change in future budgets.
