Eric Charman, a local legend of Real Estate discusses Victoria in the 1950s and 1960s.Eric was retiring from the business about the time I began (1991) after pioneering many areas of the Real Estate business from marketing to client service and also in organized real estate.  Eric served as President of the Victoria Real Estate Board and also President of the Provincial and National Boards (BCREA and CREA).He is a well known philanthropist in Victoria, having raised millions of dollars for the arts and health care in the Region.
