In this episode, with National Western upon us, Rachel reached back into the vaults and pulled her conversation with the late Evan Slack from 2020. Slack speaks about the Denver Union Stock Yards and mixing and mingling with the people in the yards for many years. It's one of my favorite conversations with a legend and someone I look up to.
