Chris White, A former collegiate football and track & field student-athlete for Cal Poly, White played in the Canadian Football League and on several Arena Football teams. Following his playing career, White worked with Dr. Marcus Elliott, one of the leading doctors in sports performance today. While working with Dr. Elliott at his training facility P3 in Santa Barbara, California, White assisted in training professional athletes in the MLB, AVP, NBA, and NFL. White earned a Master of Science degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science from Cal Poly. During his graduate studies, he focused on different forms of recovery after strength training. He teamed up with Dr. Chris Holder to write his master's thesis on the effects of Qigong on strength gains and well-being in collegiate athletics. White is a certified USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level II Instructor and a Senior Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC).
