Episode 94: How We Can Manifest Our Desired Realities with Christy Whitman

from Live Authentically Podcast with Pamela Savino · host Pamela Savino

Christy Whitman is an in-demand life coach, transformational leader, CEO, and founder of the Quantum Success Coaching Academy, a twelve-month Law of Attraction coaching certification program. She is also a New York Times bestselling author. In this episode, we talk with Christy about living authentically, manifesting what we want and using our energy to transform our lives. Christy says that it is natural for her to live authentically every day. She has worked on her personal growth over the years, and she feels very connected with her own energy. She knows that the only thing she has an effect on is what she says, what actions she takes, and her habits. She used to fight against herself and was focused on being something to someone, but now she is not trying to be anything but herself. We spent some time discussing Christy’s book, “The Art of Having it All.” Christy says that manifestation is everything, and when you have a thought or desire, that thought or desire has the potential in you to birth something. We have to look at every aspect of our lives – bodies, wellness, finances, careers, hobbies, creative expression, relationships. The idea of having it all changes as we age, and our desires flow as we flow. By denying ourselves our desires, we aren’t going to be in alignment with our potential. The shift from lack to abundance is the first step in manifesting what we want. On the spectrum of life, there is lack, and that is where fear, doubt, disappointment, sadness, and all the negative emotions are. On the other side of the spectrum is abundance, and that is where success, passion, love, freedom, joy, and all positive emotions are. You need to get into alignment with abundance. Lack always feels bad, and abundance feels good. Words that we say and thoughts that we think create momentum for us, and we begin to believe the things we say and think. If you continue with a negative thought, you will keep manifesting it, and it will become true. By choosing a different thought – one that is positive and in alignment with abundance – we manifest a better reality for ourselves. We must train our minds to become aware of our thoughts. We must be aware of our negativity in order to shift into a more positive reality. Check out Christy’s work at christywhitman.com or follow her on Instagram @christywhitman1.
