Hailing from San Antonio, Texas, Mourning Sun is a five-piece metalcore band comprised of Jerecho Barrera (vocals), Coby Gutierrez (guitar), Josh Gomez (guitar), Emmanuel Facio (bass), and John Harvey (drums). Established in 2017, Mourning Sun has built a following and played shows across Texas, including gigs with the likes of Dayseeker, The Plot In You, Like Moths to Flames, The Devil Wears Prada, and Silent Planet. On February 9th, Mourning Sun dropped their new EP titled Second Skin. That same day, they also released the music video for their song "Spineless," which has already amassed more than 16,000 views on YouTube.
