Shawn who has been a long time competitor of the sport opens about his start in motorsports from a young age travelling with this dad and of course the first time getting behind the wheel of a race car. During our opening segment Jon and Megan would talk about their weekends. Jon who was going to make the trip down the 401 to Delaware Speedway for the first time since 2015 was unable to as he fell ill on his way out and went home and got some rest. Megan told us about where MRC Racing is at with their three car team. Megan and Jon also talked about pushing the start of the season back as May 6th was supposed to be opening night at Flamboro Speedway but after the rainy weather the past two weeks have rained out practice Flamboro have made the choice to make May 6th a practice day. After letting Shawn go from our conversation Megan and Jon would tease about a possible new podcast not related to racing at all. Learned that Megan puts up with Jon for his fiancé Jacklyn.
