EPISODE #95: Ellipsis Brewing SourFest Was A Blast

The Ellipsis Brewing SourFest also known as the Fruit Punch Project Day was an absolute hit. There were a very good amount of breweries present and they all had some great beers. Lady T had to work. So I was stuck doing the show by myself. However, I was able to speak with a few people as they sipped their sours. First, my three favorite beers of the festival were:1. Spreadsheet Wizard by Corporate Ladder2. Monday Morning Bluez by Design Builder/Ellipsis3. Fruit by the…Pineapple, Mango and Coconut by Ellipsis Don’t get me wrong. There were a lot of good beers including some awesome mead. You know how I feel about mead. However, these were the ones that I rated a 5. I had to do the show in three parts because I became overly excited at the festival (no, I was not drunk). Lady T will be with me next time to keep me under control. LOL!
