We interviewed Matt Sharp, founder of Sharp property buyers. Matt was kind enough to put up with some of our rubbish from his NRL days, but after we get through that we talk about the demographics of the central coast key pockets where a lot of the investor interest and owner occupiers coming from Sydney. We talk about the way he thinks people can capitalise and we go in detail about the central coast market and where the opportunities are.
