Monday 3rd November 2025 Hayley Boneham from the Australian Ultra and Trail Runners Association (AUTRA) joins Chris and Simon to discuss the recent 24hr Track World Championships in France back in October.  In local results we had the John Gilmour 10,000m, Strive Program B and the Perth Duathlon & Runningworks Festival.  The Queen of Kwinana ran New York Marathon along with other Perthlings, the Secret Rocky Runners Beachside Run is back thanks to our lord and saviour Chris Lark and Runningworks, and our next Community Run is on Wednesday 12th November at The Running Centre at 5:30pm partnering with Brooks.  Liam Kamudu, Darren Chandler and a contender for Weapon of WARP of the year Jamie Back were this week’s weapons.
