What is a Mastermind? It can be a workshop, retreat, or any type of event where you’re diving deep into a subject or concept. The goal is to extract the collective knowledge of the group, create insight, and a space that allows quantum leaps to occur for everyone involved. During our time teaching in the public schools each of our classrooms worked as a “mastermind.” Each day we were diving deep into each subject, asking in depth questions, and creating an environment that includes each person and is safe for learning/growing. After leading retreats, workshops, and masterminds for the last several years in our businesses, along with our time teaching in the public schools, we’ve experience the miracles that can occur in a mastermind.
