Episode 97 - People Who Died

We’re finally back after eventful times both for us and the world. Lots of recent notable deaths, from Queen Elizabeth to Jean-Luc Godard to Ken Starr to Mikhail Gorbachev. And, sadly, one of Houston comedy’s own, Scotty Peterson, gone far too soon. We were going to use some of this episode as a tribute to him, but that quickly derailed into a bit about ranking Houston comics by how much the community would mourn them if they died. We’ll try again next week, hopefully with some guests who will have more great Scotty stories.Other topics covered include job interviews, strange encounters with the KKK, Rights and Society, Jerry Springer, The Kids in the Hall, and one poster’s ranking of the world’s religions.
