On this episode of the Rise of The Young Podcast I sat down with the legend Caleb Maddix, and went in depth on how often we use our phones. As we all know, phones / social media is addicting. I spend a lot of time on my phone, but my intention is to be productive.-During this episode Caleb and I trade phones, and read each others "Screen Time." If you have an iPhone, then you understand what we're talking about. Apple manages how much time you spend on your phone, and on tracks what apps you spend your time on.-I've always tried to monitor my screen time, but sometimes it gets out of hand. A major goal of mine is to cut down on screen time, and maximize every moment I'm on my phone.-Caleb and I want YOU to let us know what you think about this segment.
