Episode 97 - Sobriety, D.B. Cooper, and Marty Supreme

This week for Episode 97 Brooke and Corbin talk about the different changes that come with sobriety and the extra time you have to learn new skills and habits, as well as a short conversation about doing the 75 Hard challenge. Shortly after that the two reflect on their experience from last year's SantaCon in Bentonville. The two then take a moment to thank both Nomad Nelly and RugMotion214 for the custom Bowling Alley Cold Brew rug. Corbin gives his best account from memory of D.B. Cooper's antics, and the changes to TSA in addition to the flying process in general in the 21st century. In light of the conversation about not drinking, Corbin talks to Brooke about a scene from Focus, a movie from 2015 he recently watched which leads to his thoughts on Marty Supreme. To finish the episode out, the two share some of the difficulties that come with trying to eat cleaner while still getting enough calories.
