Episode 98: Jacynta Coffey

from Motherland Australia · host Stephanie Trethewey

This week, I catch up with rural mum and first generation farmer Jacynta Coffey. Jacynta is originally from Tassie and not from an ag background, but has since worked on big stations all over the country. Her motherhood journey, much like her professional life, has been full of twists and turns. She suffered two miscarriages in a row, one of which was a twin. If that wasn't hard enough, one of her sons was born premature, with Jacynta in full blown labour during a scary Careflight dash to Darwin, which ended in a mid-air emergency. This is her story.SPONSOR: Balanced Inner Body is run by remedial massage therapist and raindrop technique practitioner Amie Lange. Amie provides a range of natural health therapies across rural Queensland. She regularly visits towns including Westmar, Thallon, Talwood, Meandarra and Teelba. You can book a range of relaxing aromatherapy and remedial massages with Amie... she'll also soon be offering pregnancy and hot stone services too! To learn more and book a session, find Amie on Instagram or Facebook under Balanced Inner Body, or call her on 0409 795 716.https://www.instagram.com/motherlandaustralia
