This week we welcome Kathleen Tune she is a proven healthcare executive. Kathleen is currently the CFO and COO of Marani Health. She is a Managing Partner with Capita3; an early-stage venture capital fund focused on women-led startup founders.  She also founded and manages the health care investment firm Fourth Element Capital, investing in health care technology companies. Kathleen is a former partner at Thomas, McNerney & Partners, where she led and managed an extensive investment portfolio. She has worked with a range of companies from startups to large organizations in the highly regulated healthcare industry, has extensive community leadership activities, and serves on several non-profit boards, including currently serving on the board of directors for Gillette Children's Hospital and the University Enterprise Laboratories. She is currently serving on a number of corporate boards and serves or has served in board and advisory roles to many additional companies in her career. Kathleen's extensive community leadership activities include serving on several non-profit boards.
