Episode 98 Part 2: The Everly Brothers.

from the Millennial Throwback Machine · host Sam Williams

If you were expecting an episode from me last week, I apologize I didn't put one out because I was very busy working out and exercising (the whether in my area has been really good lately to go outside and exercise).and I also went on a vacation last weekend, and I will add into this description of this episode is that this episode wasn't recorded in my usual spot where I record my podcast episodes. I recorded it at the place I was vacationing at instead of at my home, so if there is any slight noises that appear in the audio of this week's episode, that's because of the place I was recording this week's episode at. I couldn't really control that and even though it showed up in this week's episode, now that I"m back home in my usual recording spot for my podcasts, I promise you future episodes will have a lot cleaner audio. but anyways, in this week's episode, I get into the very interesting history behind The Everly Brothers, who they influenced, and how they came together as a duo, and the behind the scenes information on last week's song, and what happened with them after they broke up and their popularity wained in the US. here's the link to last week's song just in case you wanted to listen to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXvKAWiU_cQ You Can Also Reach Out To Me On Instagram right here: https://www.instagram.com/iheartoldies/ You Can Also Check Out More Of My Original Music Right Here: http://www.samwilliamsmusic.net Please do also check out the official Spotify and Youtube Playlists for my podcast, there you'll be able to find all of the songs I have talked about on my show so far including some ones that I have mentioned in interview episodes of my podcast, this should give you a good idea for the kind of music I talk about on my show and maybe this will give you some ideas for songs I should cover next on my podcast that I haven't covered yet, and if that does, please send those ideas to me at [email protected], or you can also reach out to me on Instagram @iheartoldies: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/21f3uBS6kU4hUF6QAC5JMj?si=-038lhBkRCKDe0Bz0O1GGg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CS1sYR7xky8&list=PL66sgq_GAmRcXy8yKZJfVmAD14HUYj7Nf Please do also check out the Official Redbubble Merch Store For This Podcast, there you'll be able to find this super cool logo attached to a bunch of really cool podcast merchandise, the logo is basically the catchphrase I say at the end of every episode in Keep On Trucking Tie Dye Font with the name of my podcast on the bottom, if you want to purchase something, that would be awesome, if not, I would love it if you could send me your feedback on the merch items in the store as far as the logo and the pricing of each item is concerned, you can do that by emailing me at [email protected]: https://www.redbubble.com/people/60ssam95/works/36806158-keep-things-groovy?asc=u&ref=recent-owner if you found out some really cool and interesting facts about this week's artist and you never really knew anything about them, please let me know by emailing me at [email protected] or you can reach out to me on Instagram @iheartoldies.
