This week we interview Diane Honda. Diane currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Barracuda Networks, Inc., a leading global provider of email, network, and data security and recovery solutions; she is responsible for leading the company's Legal and Human Resources departments and is a trusted advisor to the CEO, executive team, and Board. Diane is a highly accomplished senior executive with extensive experience successfully partnering with company leadership and boards in strategy development and execution, transformative business initiatives, cybersecurity, advanced technology, and operational excellence. Diane is active in her community and is a member of several educational and non-profit Boards. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Java Joy, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing meaningful employment and transformational experiences to people with disabilities.
