In Episode 99 we met Jesseca who was a registered nurse turned holistic healer, entrepreneur and dancer. She turned to spirituality and natural healing in 2021 after a dark night of the soul. Since then she has cured debilitating depression and feels joy most of the time now. This was through implementing spiritual and holistic practices in her life. Currently she is working on a PhD in Metaphysical Sciences and has recently begun a new holistic practice that offers in person and online spiritual and holistic coaching services.
