Episode #99 -- The New World
from Let's Take Five
Cinema wasn't sure it was able to tell the story of Pocahontas without having talking trees and Mel Gibson until Terence Malick reappeared with his fourth film. The New World is another gorgeous production that tells the story of the young woman who guided the British colonists on the shores of America and the two men she loved: John Smith and John Rolfe.
