Supporting Criteria: 🟦 Leadership by Example Leads with quiet confidence, consistency, and professionalism. 🟩 Character and Humility Embodies grace, sportsmanship, and respect on and off the ice. Carries themselves with humility, even in moments of success or hardship. 🟥 Service and Sacrifice Willingness to go above and beyond for the team or community.
