Episode Eight: Three Little Ogres
from The Story Tree Hosted by Nina Bricko
Today’s tale is by Polly McCann, a poet, an artist, and writer of children’s books. Her picture book Tomie Q. BBQ about true love and barbecue sauce is coming out this year (2020). She is also the managing editor for Flying Ketchup Press, which has some cool short story contests for kids. I will have more information about that on this week’s episode notes at www.thestorytree.org. I hope you check it out! Do you love taking baths? Well, in this silly story, we meet three ogres that just won’t take a bath and their nanny goat who tries just about everything to get them cleaned up!! Sounds pretty stinky to me… Our story today is called Three Little Ogres, By Polly Alice McCann
