She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Brigham Young University-Idaho, followed by a master’s degree in social work from Idaho State University. With a holistic approach Kayli integrates various therapeutic modalities, in order to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, unhealthy relationship with body/food, OCD, and building meaningful relationships/breaking generational dysfunction. Kayli specializes in working with mothers in every phase and providing compassionate care. She has a unique ability to empathize with clients in a way where they feel seen, felt, and heard. As a mother herself, Kayli is in the trenches with you and has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and joys that accompany motherhood. Kayli looks forward to welcoming new clients seeking support on their journey towards healing and growth. Kayli is a devoted wife and mother who finds joy in family life. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys her passions for baking, reading, and going on leisurely walks. She values spending quality time with loved ones and cherishes moments with friends, fostering meaningful connections in her personal life.
