Episode Five with Phil Dolan

from Dads Lifting Dads Hosted by Daniel Franco

Phil Dolan is an extremely proud dad and it's an honour to have him here for episode five of the Dads Lifting Dads podcast. Growing up in a house and in a time when love necessarily wasn't shown through physical affection or words of affirmation, Phil was adamant that his family and his children would overflow with this abundance. It was a running joke with family and friends that his daughter was never going to learn to walk because for the first few years Phil didnt want to put her down. This sums up Phil in a nutshell, an extremely huge heart and one of the most passionate people i have come across. Phil and i have had many conversations over the last few years but my most favourite ones have always been about family. Phil has been like my crystal ball in a sense, with 2 older kids there has been many chats about the many learnings of parenting. Phil is an extremely humble dad that doesnt attribute any great teachings to the amazing kids he has raised. For me this only highlights the importance and power that just being in your kids life, being present and nuturing this special bond can do to create an incredible relationship. Phil is someone i have long admired as a dad and its my pleasure to dive deeper in this episode with him as i welcome Phil to the Dads Lifting Dads podcast. Please find me and connect with me @adadliftingdads on Instagram.
