Today's episode is a very honest conversation with Brenna Starrs, a mom of one beautiful little girl and small business owner, who did NOT have the picture perfect pregnancy, birth, or postpartum experience that floods our social channels. Her story is important because it highlights some experiences that many women have but don't get to speak about -- pregnancy after loss, hyperemesis gravidarium, and perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression.
