Episode LXXIII - Escape From LA

After setting an all-time record for the Submersionites in Least Amount of Sub Action in a film the crew questions their own existence. After a few mai tais and some personal reflection they press on. This week they tackle the 1996 John Carpenter film Escape From LA starring Kurt Russell as Snake Plissken, he’s one bad mother with an eyepatch and some great hair. Stay out of his way though because he won’t think twice about cutting you down where you stand. He’s got one mission and that’s to save his own skin, but he’ll need to head into the heart of LA to retrieve a doomsday device from a revolutionary leader.
