Episode Sixteen - Conversation with Paul Baloche

On this episode of the podcast I catch up with everyone’s friend, the magnanimous Paul Baloche!  Paul has written worship songs that can now rightly be called “classics”, and yet is also still active in the scene.  Not only is he a writer and a leader, though, he is also a pastor, and that shepherd’s heart is on full display in this conversation.  We have a wide-ranging conversation about specific aspects of worship leadership (key words will be “multitracks” and “high energy videos”), but we also talk a lot about “the Church”, how She is being variously appreciated and maligned.  Paul’s mic leaves a little to be desired here, but his heart & his words do not.Oh, and if anyone’s interested in checking out that Scott Alexander article I mention, click away.
