Grab my things, child - we’re hitting the road. And by hitting the road I mean, we’re going places. You + Me = Going Places, kid! The places we’re going, you ask? Nowhere good. No, that’s literally what it’s called, “Nowhere Good, PA.” Cause everyone knows only creepy shit happens in Pennsylvania (it’s where this is recorded, after all). On today’s episode we see the end of some controversial narratives and welcome some more new ones; What more need be said. It’s a real “out of the frying pan, into the fire” kinda story. And by that I mean, “out of the holocaust camp in Treblenka and into the casual racist bigotry of California.” One of those things is definitely worse than the other but that doesn’t make the other one “good” by any stretch of imagination. And what a stretch this episode is! We’re seeing the PAST, PRESENT, and FUTURE all in one go and it’s all so very… confusing? Kind of? I mean, it is, but I’m writing this in hindsight and it’s not as confusing now! (Yay) Well. The good thing is, this officially marks the halfway point of the series. Will we get answers? Yes.
