Episode XXV - Fantastic Voyage

In Episode XXV the crew dives deeper into the 1966 submarine film Fantastic Voyage directed by Richard Fleischer starring Stephen Boyd, Raquel Welch, Edmond O’Brien, Donald Pleasence, William Redfield, and Arthur Kennedy. A scientist with a secret is nearly assassinated by the Soviets before he’s able to give information to the Americans. During the attempt on his life, he falls into a coma and forms a deadly blood clot. The only way to save his life is to miniaturize a submarine with a crew who can successfully perform surgery to remove the clot.
