In Episode XXVIII the crew dives deeper into the 2002 submersible film Dark Descent directed by Daniel Knauf, starring Dean Cain, Scott Wiper, Biliana Petrinska, and Maxim Genchev. Will Murdock (Dean Cain) is a US Marshal on an underwater mining base in the Marianas Trench and lays down the law when Vlad and his friends are harassing women. After Murdock shoots Vlad’s brother, Vlad vows to return and dish out some serious payback. Things begin getting out of hand as the number of a suicides amongst the underwater miners increase. Amidst the investigation, news breaks that Vlad and his crew are on their way back for retribution.
