A crew from Japan is sent to investigate the situation, things quickly spiral out of control when we find out a group of subterranean people are ready to wage war on people living on Earth’s surface. It’ll be up to The Undersea Battle Ship Ra to stop the subterranean people from wiping out life as we know it.
