Targeted Individuals are those who have been bullied, blacklisted, blackmailed, mobbed, discriminated against, abused, indoctrinated, cause stalked, defrauded, provoked, and or viciously micro-managed. Cultures that have disintegrated have more occurances of this pervasive hatred which breeds the socialised psychopath. When collectivism is the norm this hatred is pervasive and it is called the psychopathic control grid.
