EPISODE28 - The Michigan Sports Truth Postgame

from The Michigan Sports Truth Podcast: Postgame Edition

Dave Campbell and I are back into action tonight at 11! Ed Smith is also always welcome to chime in as an additional co-host if he ever has time on any day we're not on Spreaker. Tonight, we recap the Tigers/Nationals middle game with Miguel Cabrera not in the lineup due to a jammed knee from last night on the slide to second base in the top of the 9th inning, and if the Tigers lose again tonight, we'll continue to rant on manager Brad Ausmus and wonder why he's still their manager. The Griffins are trying to stay alive at Van Andel Arena down 3 games to none to the Lake Erie Monsters in the Central Division Finals of the 2016 AHL Calder Cup Playoffs. Also, we give you an update on Pavel Datsyuk's decision, while the Red Wings fire goaltending coach Jim Bedard and hire former defenseman Doug Houda as one of the two assistant coaches. And the Lions sign 2016 2nd-round draft pick defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson from Alabama to a 4-year deal, which was projected to be worth $5.23 million. Justin Spiro is a special guest on our show tonight. Louis Tenore has the night off.
