You are not your mental illness and recognizing you may need help takes courage. I applaud you for taking the first step to help reduce feelings of overwhelm, pain and anxiety. Your mental illness needs you to reduce stress and anxiety in order to get your life back on track.It is imperative that we slow down before something costly happens to us.
