Peroba é coordenador dos grupos de tributação da economia digital do NEF/FGV-SP, OAB/SP e da Associação Brasileira de Direito da Tecnologia, da Informação e das Comunicações (ABDTIC). Ele também atua na estruturação de empresas de economia digital e participa ativamente das discussões sobre reforma tributária há mais de 20 anos.
