Marysol León, nuestra Socia Fundadora, participó en una entrevista realizada por Mabel Huertas y Mauricio Fernandini para RPP, donde comentó sobre las posibilidades que tienen los contribuyentes para acogerse de manera efectiva al Régimen de aplazamiento y/o fraccionamiento (RAF). Indicó que en mayo pasado se publicó un Decreto Legislativo que tiene como objetivo dar facilidades de pago a las personas naturales y a las empresas. Aclaró que el plazo para acogerse a este beneficio es desde el 8 de julio hasta el 30 de septiembre y que entre los requisitos para obtener estas facilidades están tener RUC y la clave sol, además de haber presentado las declaraciones de IGV y Renta de marzo y abril 2020.
