Carlos pasó su infancia en Escazú donde vivía la disparidad económica entre los campesinos y los muchos expatriados norteamericanos que llegaron a su pueblo en las ultimas décadas. Este intercambio e impacto social lo ha llevado a estudiar la realidad de los encuentros casuales en las calles de Costa Rica entre las personas de la clase obrera que integran su comunidad. Carlos nos hablará sobre su pasión hacia las artes y la decisión de dejar la carrera de ingeniería para irse a la facultad de artes de la UCR y así iniciar un recorrido que lo llevaría de ser ayudante de impresión de serigrafía a completar una maestría en los Estados Unidos.
