Gregorian Bivolaru é detido numa mega-operação da polícia judiciária francesa, sob suspeitas de tráfico de seres humanos, sequestro, violação e “abuso de pessoa vulnerável”. Ao longo dos próximos meses, vai acontecer o mesmo com outros membros de topo da organização.  Ao contrário do que aconteceu em outras ocasiões e detenções no passado, a Natha, escola de yoga e tantra de Lisboa, distancia-se publicamente do guru e garante que Bivolaru não tem relação nenhuma com a escola. Mas não faltam  provas materiais e testemunhais que provam o contrário..  Mais de dois anos depois, Bivolaru continua preso preventivamente em França mas, ao contrário do que os ex-alunos chegaram a prever, nada mudou. Escolas, templos tântricos e academias — apesar das denúncias, queixas e processos, todos continuam a funcionar.
