Y muchos dicen que a raíz de esto, las empresas "serias" fuerzan a sus empelados a ascender a través de políticas de No Stay. Donde un empleado no puede "estancarse" en un mismo puesto X años. Es interesante, porque al leer sobre el tema, he encontrado en mi archivo mental incontables casos, personas y situaciones donde el Principio se demostró.
