Amber Banda talks with Robert Thomas, American Legion Post 58 1st Vice Commander and his wife, Armida Thomas, President of Auxiliary Unit 58. .Unit 58, located at 4724 Vulcan Ave in Northeast El Paso, is having their 2nd Annual Supporting Veterans BBQ Cookoff on Saturday, September 13th from 9am-6pm..There will be vendors, raffles, food trucks, beer, and cash prizes for competitors. Over 20 meat professionals will be competing to win the State Championship at this event, which also includes a veteran only cookoff. Funds raised will go to Unit 58 to support veterans.
