We're going to talk about how our unconscious thinking gets in the way of our goals and how empathic ability can be playing into that unconscious thought system. If we're not conscious of our belief system and how our empathic ability plays out in our lives, we could really be derailing ourselves and hitting the wall. What I noticed over and over is people stop themselves before they even get started with their goals. So this podcast is to bring some awareness to what might be happening, especially if you're an empath.
